1. General
These terms and conditions govern the provision of bookkeeping services by PnL Bookkeeping Services ("we", "our", "us") to the client ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. $350 p/m Bookkeeping Package
The $350 per month package is designed for small businesses with minimal transactions and includes:
- Recording of financial transactions (capped at 10 transactions per month)
- Bank reconciliation for one account
- Monthly financial reporting
- BAS/IAS lodgement (quarterly)
- Superannuation processing (for a small team of 3 employees)
- Email support
This package is subject to the following conditions:
- Any additional work, including higher transaction volumes, will be billed separately at our standard rates.
- Client responsibilities, including the provision of accurate and timely information, apply as per our service agreement.
- Payment is due in advance, and failure to pay may result in service suspension.
3. Additional Services (Not included in the $350 p/m package)
The following services are available at additional cost and require separate agreements:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
- Payroll Processing (including PAYG, STP, and reporting)
- Weekly Cashflow Reporting
- Advanced Financial Reports (detailed P&L, Balance Sheet, Custom Reports)
- Custom Bookkeeping Solutions
- ATO & Compliance Reporting (Payroll Tax, TPAR, etc.)
These services will be billed separately based on agreed hourly or fixed rates.
4. Fees & Payment
- The $350 p/m package is billed monthly in advance.
- Additional services are billed as per the agreed rates in Appendix A of the service agreement.
- Invoices are due within 15/30 days of issue. Late payments may incur a [5]% late fee.
- Payments must be made via [Bank Transfer / Credit Card / Direct Debit].
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial records in a timely manner.
- Inform us of any changes in business operations that may affect bookkeeping tasks.
- Review and approve financial reports within the agreed timeframe.
Failure to provide necessary documents on time may lead to delays or additional fees.
6. Confidentiality & Liability
- We will maintain strict confidentiality of all client records and financial data.
- Information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
- While we take due diligence in service delivery, PnL Bookkeeping Services will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination & Cancellation
- Either party may terminate services by providing 90 days’ written notice, in line with the service agreement.
- Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before termination.
- PnL Bookkeeping Services reserves the right to terminate services immediately if there is a breach of contract or failure to comply with payment terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation as per the agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
